Prepare Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Technical Inspection
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality and condition before processing your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
